What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, details about your home and any notes you send us. Our website also uses cookies for basic site function and, if you allow them, analytics.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare your quote, schedule and perform your cleaning, send invoices, and contact you about your service. If you opt in to texts, we text you about your booking. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business: our website host (Squarespace), our email and spreadsheet tools (Google) and our payment processor, and only as needed to serve you. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records as long as you are a customer and as long as we need them for tax and business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@nicolasray.cleaning or calling (619) 304-0234. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
