1. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on our website are estimates based on the information you give us (home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition and add-ons). We confirm your final price by text or email before any work begins, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Heavy buildup, clutter, heavy pet hair or work outside the agreed scope may cost more, and we will always ask for your approval first.

2. Scope of work

We provide the services listed on your approved quote. Add-ons are only included when they are on that quote. We do not handle biohazards, mold remediation or hazardous materials, or perform exterior, yard or power-tool work.

3. Access and preparation

Please give us access at the scheduled time and tell us in advance about pets, alarms, fragile items, restricted areas or anything unusual in the home. Please put away cash, jewelry, documents, medication, collectibles and other valuables before we arrive.

4. Cancellations and lockouts

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A late-cancellation fee or lockout fee may apply when it is stated on your quote.

5. Recurring service

Recurring cleanings continue on the agreed schedule until you or we cancel. You can cancel recurring service at any time by text, phone or email.

6. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We accept card, Zelle, cash and check.

7. Satisfaction and concerns

If something was missed, tell us promptly, ideally within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will review it and, where appropriate, return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. Please report any damage promptly so we can investigate and respond.

8. Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about your quote and bookings. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
